Japanese schoolgirl arrested on suspicion of decapitating classmate

The 15-year-old suspect is accused of attacking her victim with a metal instrument before strangling her to death. She then severed her victim’s head and left hand, according to police in the city of Sasebo, in Japan’s south west Nagasaki Prefecture.
